A Day in the Life of a Rep

• Providing contact center services from home

• Supporting some of the largest companies in the world

• Documenting all issues, resolution, and follow-up actions

• Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact

What it Takes to Succeed

• 18 years or older

• Your own personal desktop or laptop computer. (Please note: Google Chromebooks are not compatible. MacBooks must be able to run Windows software and have USB connections to connect to hardwired internet.)

• Quiet place to work set up in your home

• Excellent PC and computer skills

• The ability to navigate multiple computer programs

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Must be available to work 25 hours a week

• Must be able to attend a 3-4 week, 4-hour certification course to qualify to work. (This is unpaid by the client.

• Must be able to pass a background check (Fee of $30)

 

Education

• High School Education/GED
