Learning about products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact

What it Takes to Succeed

18 years or older
-
Your own personal desktop or laptop computer. (Please note: Google Chromebooks are not compatible. MacBooks must be able to run Windows software and have USB connections to connect to hardwired internet.)

Quiet place to work set up in your home

Excellent PC and computer skills

The ability to navigate multiple computer programs

Great customer service and communication skills

Must be available to work 25 hours a week

Must be able to attend a 3-4 week, 4-hour certification course to qualify to work. (This is unpaid by the client.

Must be able to pass a background check (Fee of $30)
Education

High School Education/GED
