All representatives must be certified to work.

Requirements
18 years or older
Your own personal desktop or laptop computer. (Please note: Google Chromebooks are not compatible. MacBooks must be able to run Windows software and have USB connections to connect to hardwired internet.)
Must be available to work 25 hours a week.
Must be able to attend a 3-4 week, 4-hour certification course to qualify to work. (This is unpaid).
Must be able to pass an assessment.
Must be able to pass a background credit check. ($30)

This job is a 1099 position and is not available for applicants in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin or for applicants who reside outside the United States.

Yes ,you do. To work with us, you will need your own computer, hard wired internet, and headset. Most clients will require a windows based computer or a computer with access to windows based products. Chromebooks and iPads are not eligible for our client programs.
We pay on the 1st and 15th of the month. Hours worked from the 1st to 15th payout Payday: 1st of the following month Hours worked from the 16th to the end of the month Payday: 15th of the following month ** Please note that your first payday will be deferred for two weeks. If the date falls on the weekend or a bank holiday, the CSP will be paid on the next business day. Payment is made via direct deposit. If you need to change your direct deposit information, please do so at least 7 days prior to the next pay period.
Other than your own personal equipment, you will be required to pay for your own background check. The cost is $30.
Upon successful completion of the certification course, a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity is issued. This is a contract, typically 90 days in length, that outlines the terms of that project, including revenue and performance metrics, as well as other expectations for supporting that client.
Certification courses may take as little as two weeks or as long as eight weeks to complete depending on the opportunity selected. Some opportunities provide an “earn while you learn” element to certification, where you will be taking calls while learning and earning revenue during the certification period.
